We think that holidays should be as relaxing and as stress free as possible and we have designed and equipped our beautiful home with this in mind. Enter through the main door directly into the spacious, open plan kitchen, indoor dining and sitting area. The kitchen and living room space form a well proportioned area in the centre of the Villa.

The kitchen has a high specification. A 5 ring gas hob, electric oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and all utensils, crockery, cutlery you would expect to find in your own kitchen. In the centre of the kitchen is a beautiful glass table with chairs. Just off the kitchen is a small lobby area with a sofa and a selection of books and board games.  An ideal space for the children to unwind before bed.

In the living room space, relax on the large comfortable sofas in front of the television.  If you have an Amazon, SKY or Google account, bring your passcode to sign in and access your own profile.  Off this area through a door is the utility room: in here is the washing machine, iron, ironing board, sink, cleaning equipment, drying space and a wc. There is also an additional fridge/freezer.  The utility is an ideal place to store your cases after you have unpacked.

At the living room end of the Villa there are 2 large double rooms both with en-suites and built in wardrobes with ample hanging space (and plenty of wooden hangers). These rooms over look the pool with their own French doors. The beds are 6ft in size and the bathrooms are of a very high specification.  At the other end of the Villa you will find 3 twin rooms with plenty of cupboard and hanging space. All the single beds are a good size and will comfortably accommodate adults. This end of the villa is serviced by a shared bathroom, with a shower, free standing bath and twin basins.  There are feather duvets for the chillier months and fans for the warmer months together with air conditioning in all the bedrooms. The air-conditioning is available for use in the hot summer months of July and August.

Child Friendly

For the younger members of your party we are able to offer high chairs and travel cots if required.  In the kitchen we provide plastic plates and cups and there is also a small blender which is ideal for chopping up food for very young guests.  The pool is enclosed by a 1m high wall with access via a lockable gate. A small selection of board games are available.

Outside

The Villa sits comfortably in 5 acres of Olive Groves, surrounded by traditional dry stone walls. Rosemary and lavender lined paths lead round the Villa and brightly coloured margaritas flow into the Olive Groves. Raised flowerbeds house a small lemon tree, diascia, plumbago and trailing plants which climb and weave their way up and over the permanent shade of the outdoor kitchen and seating areas. 

The outdoor kitchen and seating areas are located through the double doors at the rear of the Villa.  Here you will find a kitchen area with a large dining table and chairs, bar-b-que, sink and food preparation area. The split level cushioned seating area is the perfect place to relax in the heat of the day or watch the sun go down with a chilled drink.  Or perhaps you would prefer to relax under the shade of a large olive tree on our patio area.

The 12m swimming pool is walled and gated with a permanent shade area allowing you to sit by the pool during the hottest part of the day. The pool and pool area is open from May to October, subject to the sun shining.
